VPI

After many successful years at CES the company decided to pivot and move to a more budget friendly execution option. The team came up with the concept of a Virtual Product Introduction (VPI). We did a similar type of execution two years in a row. In year one we filmed an end to end show with product managers and scripted product demos to be delivered after the video. We sent kits packed with new products and demonstration devices around the globe along with training documentation to support this initiative.

For VPI 2021 we created an end to end user demonstration platform that hosted video snippets, interactive product demos, virtual try-on, and second screen experiences through the use of a QR code and the attendees phone. This new platform helped to break the “Zoom Fatigue” that the world was experiencing and allowed for extremely rich media experiences that were not possible with any pre-existing platform, plus it allowed smoother video playback and full screen takeover to minimize distractions on the attendee side.
